| I would love to see the docs filed by Jp Morgan to make sure this happened. Guessing they have thousands of legal hours in it by now. Looks like its going to pay off for them. Think the cme planned to step up to the plate till they realized the plate was too big to handle. It's very good for the grain bin business. Don't think I would ever trust off farm storage again. When I deliever I want a check. If grain elevators can't protect themselves than you better not trust them with your grain. When it leaves your farm it could someday be in the hands of a judge like this.
