Itta Bena Mississippi | Loran, what I'm going to throw out is speculation so take it as such. To tie a 4x4 bale, it would be similar to how the press ties a UD bale and the issue would be cutting the ties back at the gin. To be compatible with the trucks and feeders, in theory you could stack them 2 wide, 8 long and 3 high, tarp em with a conventional module tarp and the truck would handle them neatly. Then I'd tell Dave they're his problem :).
The bagging idea would require some way to pack it. The simplest comparison I can give is cut open a cotton stuffed decorative pillow and see what happens.
All of that said, I've been in on WAY more harebrained ideas. We have MIG and TIG welders, plasma cutters, cuttoff and band saws and an account at Leflore Steel, so after you get the corn up and going, we'll work on the next reincarnation of the wheel.
I thoroughly enjoyed the visit and will see you in Iowa one of these days.
