A neighbor once told me of a tile he had that was plugged. The tile was full where he checked it. Went down the line some distance and dug again. The tile was empty but when he shined a flashlight up the tile he could see water. Someone had stuck a pane of glass between the tiles. He was lucky to find it. That's just plain lowdown to do.
