west central Iowa | The good thing about a radial arm is that you can build it into the middle of a long bench for long stuff and not have to have it in the middle of the floor like a table saw. It forces you to clean the bench off once in a while. I guess you could do the same with a power miter box, but you would have to recess it into the bench or something and you couldn't rip with it. I do agree a table saw is more accurate. | |
