Michigan - Saginaw County | Canadian law has its roots in English Common Law... Of course the laws have evolved in both countries with time but still much similarity... I read the London (England) papers almost daily and it is quite an eye opener what socialism does to peoples minds - I simply cannot make sense of much that I read... As far as this mother, she will not be charged with any crime... Possession of long guns is legal here without any registration so no matter how many guns her dead husband left behind there are no legal issues - unlike Canada/England... Second, we elect our local prosecutors and if the one in her county dared to charge her with even so much as jaywalking, his career will end abruptly at the next election...
