east central ND		good antifreeze and switch to synthetic engine oil. Block heater a must for the couple of weeks of -30 F. Good all-season tires with a bit more aggresive tread design for ice and snow. This winter has been a breeze so far. I like Grand Forks, much better than Fargo, still has all the stores. Costs more to live in Grand Forks than Fargo, rents seem higher. In summer when UND students go home it is very laid back.
