central Ia. | we figure custom rates for our equip cost. around $100/acre, figure that covers current cost with some cushion for upgrading. IMO you need to figure in yearly for upgrades. Ya you can keep your cost per acre down buy not figuring upgrades, but then when you do replace something do you figure that cost into just one year?
