We use coulters here. Since the bar mounts on a loader quicktach, they swivel. With notill I don't thick we could knife it in. When we decided to try sidedressing, we could not rent one, so built it in a couple days. It works OK but will probably rebuilt it to 3pt. later.
Currently we have just used Agrotain on urea for wheat. Can't say there was a fair test this year.
