Subject: No-till beans behind chopping corn head?

SW MN
Background: We are in SW MN, been no-tilling beans for three years and it's working well. Our soils are lighter and well drained. Currently we have an 893 John Deere cornhead with regular rolls.

Question: We are considering switching to a chopping corn head. Before we started most people said to leave the stalks stand so that the ground warms up faster in the spring. Hefty brothers said that they prefer to have the stalks chopped up; easier to move with the trash whippers and stalks start decaying faster. Also, on here people have talked about rolling the stalks to get them on the ground to decompose. Do any of you no-till beans behind a chopping head? Does the ground stay too damp and cold under the trash if it's chopped? TIA
