North Central Indiana | I have to admit that i seen exactly what he is showing in soybeans. We took a 220 acre field of beans after beans. I tilled 30 acres of it with our case 330 turbo and the rest had barley sown in it for cover. With the hot summer we had, it affected the soybeans that were tilled greatly. They were 6-8 inches shorter and yielded 12 bu less. Same soil, same variety, same field, drilled same day. It was amazing to see the sharp contrast. However, had they been 2 separate fields a mile apart i dont think i would have noticed the difference. I know there is alot of naysayers about this system. I was one myself for several years. It is really awesume to see it work. I just hope my neighbors don't try it. | |
