There is far more to these two fields than just tillage differences. If you pause it at 0:26 you can see there are 10 rows on the edge of the field that are dead and the rest looks just like the no till field. Looks to me like the "no tiller" planted LL cotton and drifted some ignite over to his turbo till happy neighbor...
