Walnut Grove, MN. | for anyone who is doing one or is thinking of doing one. get references if they are ok then get a huge down payment for if they default on the contract. have a lawyer draw up the contract. i myself will never do a contract for deed again. long story short we went to court to get her kicked out and the judge gave her 3 more weeks to get out and todate she owes use over $4000. the good thing is the 3 weeks will go by fast and she will be out one way or another. the only good thing i say about contract for deeds is get a lawyer, if we hadnt i dont know where we would be. | |
