Subject: Re: No till corn question

regarding the 7000, after adding the row cleaners and removing the yetter coulters, what plants the seed? just the disc opener, gauge wheels, seed firmers and press wheels. We have a 7000 and are looking to try some no-till corn following no-till beans(750 drill), we took the fert. boxes off years ago and just broadcast-incorporate fert., we run 30" rows, and looking to start a better fert. program, any suggestions? If we stuck with broadcast, would it make sense to go 15" rows?
