I would also take the coulters off and go with row cleaners as I believe Buster is correct. I'm real interested in trying the floating ones with depth control. We run a aftermarket single disc fertilizer blade (starter fertilizer) before the row to cut through trash as well. I saw a few guys on this board suggested staggering the row opener disc sizes...this seems like something I might like to try as well. You'll need at least one spiked closing wheel in no-till, in my opinion and maybe two depending on moisture. Be sure to get the downforce issue addressed as well.


ps...I've never seen bean stubble cause a problem with a field cultivator unless there are great big piles out there to begin with.
