jbgruver - 11/29/2011 19:07 Hi John, I am not sure why you concluded that I am just speculating. David and I have exchanged some emails and he shared some of his data with one of my students who interviewed him about 2 years ago. perhaps you should share some of your plot data with the list :-> Joel WIU Agriculture

Joel, did you answer my question from my 1st. post ? maybe I missed it ?

quote S.L.

( so where did the ratio issue come from Joel. Not my Post.

and where is the work that says adding more magnesium. ( from dolomite Lime )

to soils with over 8 to 10 %, or even 15%  Magnesium base saturation percent is Cost effective. ?  ) end quote

and when you visit of a 7 to 1 ratio ?

wowww now that is a stretch.  where did you read that.

and tie it into my comment about Dolomite Lime. ?

I think You need to do some catch up work and read some previous Posts concerning this subject over the past 3-4 years Joel.

I sure have NEVER seen a Post on this site with anyone Touting a 7 to 1 ratio as the end all to solve all problems.

so show me the post. Link to the post. since you quoted me concerning Dolomite, then threw in some

( speculative numbers, ratios ) from the sky I assume?  of your Own   ???
