Rossville, IL | I have worn contacts around the farm for 12 years, only time I have ever had a problem was when I got a piece of cob fuzz in my eye, but that could happen without contacts! I learned to buy a few bottles of contact lens cleaner and leave around various places; truck, shop, semi, tractor or combine I was always in... Then, in an instance something got in my eye, I could take the lens out, clean it and put it back in. Sunglasses are a MUST, buy a good pair. I wear Oakley's with polarized lenses, cost more but I learned that I was alot more careful with them. I would ruin enough cheaper pairs a year before getting my oakleys that I could have just paid for the oakleys in the beginning. Going on 4 years with the same pair now! | |
