North Central Kansas
milo or corn followed by soybeans, double crop wheat behind beans and then the second year plant wheat into wheat stubble and then back to corn or milo. Pretty common rotation around here. Some guys are going just one year of wheat on the better bottom ground. On the hills I like the two years of wheat. A few guys around here use sunflowers in the rotation instead of beans. Some DC sunflowers and beans behind wheat. I Double Crop occasionally but try to conserve as much moisture as I can going into milo or corn. I don't plant sunflowers. Never have had good experience with sunflowers.

A few guys around have planted some cover crops/tillage radishes. I still wonder about moisture consumption versus benefits. Moisture or the lack thereof is my main concern.
