Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | we use regular salt pellets, the Diamond crystal brand in the yellow bag from the local TSC., about 1 bag per month with about 4000 gallon use.
R O drinking water setup makes a couple gallons + per day.
The new Culligan softner uses a lot less salt than the old one because it regenerates every 1000 gallons instead of a fixed schedule determined by a timer.
