Hastings, Florida | For years I have fried several turkeys for Thanksgiving. My wife gave me a" Weber Infrared Big Easy Cooker ",and I prepared the best bird I have ever cooked. It was beautiful, and tasted as good if not better than the one I fried right beside it. Wife cooked # 3 in oven, and my cooker did a better job. Very easy to use, took about 2 hours, easy to clean. No oil to buy, and the cooker can be used for other dishes.
