| From everything I'm ready today I would be shocked if you get every penny you are owed unless the CME decides to step to the plate and make the accounts whole. Seems the 600,000,000 missing funds has now grown to somewhere north of 1.2bil. If your loss is enough to make it worth the time I would be placing a call to my lawyer. Your broker has E&O and it sounds like he has already opened himself up to a claim. This is going to get very ugly before the end of the year. The effect it will have on the CME and all commodities within are at stake. IAcommodities are you hearing anything more positive? My coffee shop buddies have pulled there play money. Not that we have enough to matter, but take a couple million like me and it might. | |
