Tell him he better not tell clients on the phone what he can't back up in writing. If he won't write it, I won't believe it.
We don't clear MF, but we instilled confidence in our clients about our clearing firm, but refused to make outlandish comments like 'it could never'... It's always a possiblity, if he says you have no risk at all whatsoever... i would be apprehensive.
