If the cows over eat the corn and ignore the stalks and husks founder is a huge potential problem. The cows may survive, but they will dominate your culling criteria. It will not affect all cows, but the top notch cows always seem to be prime candidates! 30 bushels/acre is best salvaged with restricted areas expanded daily.
i'm with Carl move the hot fence carefully.
