An interdrain with a 12v71 and 16ft tracks will move the rocks or break the shank on the plow I'vee seen it. Make sure your not just in a unusually rocky spot before you give up on the plow. Where you have rocks like that using a hoe to get near grade then running a plow or wheel machine will work or just use hoe neither method is fun quick or cheap. good luck.
