The first step by the trustee should be to get an appraisal. If any of the children want to own part of it, they should be offered the chance to buy out the others at the appraised value.
Also, you could then offer the banker to buy it at that appraised value.
Good luck, sounds like a mess. Lack of honest communication and common goals.
