I would give them two bids, one for the "organic" way and one to farm it as you wish. This will show them the difference, make the "gmo" bid in line with the highs for the area and then discount the heck out of the "organic" bid. If they give you the organic bid then you can decide if you want to do it.
Would you pay more land rent or less - If . . . .
