central - east central Minnesota - | If the land owner stated, the land could have no geneticlly aultered seeds planted (corn, beans, wheat or alfalfa), would you figure the land rent would be more or less then land that could be planted with differing geneticlly modified seed? Same with "commercial fertilizer" . . . if you couldn't use commercial fertilizer and it cost more to bring in livestock/poultry fertilizer, would your rent offer be more or less then going rate. |
