| Went to the farm supply store and purchased 911 something or another (suppose to help with bottle calves) and electrolyte to help with scours. I ran home, put the space heater on her and fixed her a bottle. She didn't want to stand, mouth was cold still. Gave her 911 first, she sucked it down fast! Nothing like this morning. She bawled for more so I gave her a bottle of electrolyte supplement, still bawling for more I gave her warm water. She drank a little of the warm water and then stood in front of the heater for about 45 minutes before she went to lay down. I had to come back to work and can't leave the space heater running in the barn. Covered her with blankets. My kids will be home in an hour and they can go out and check on her and put the heat back on her. | |
