mid minnesota | I am in the prosess of clearing some land and some was designated as wet land on the map. I went to the NRCS and and told them oak trees dont grow in wetlands, they came out and looked and all was fine execpt for a pothole. To answer tj coment on filling wetlands, here you can get a permit to fill a wetland but you must make a wetland someplace two times as big. I worked for a company in the twin citys and they made a 10 acre lake in brainard in a sand feild, so it dosent have to be in the same area. | |
