SE Indiana | Check the fine print. Has a determination been made or is it just based on soil type? I think you are only in trouble if you crop or pasture this land. So you could clear the land for a shop, or shopping center or house, or lawn. If an official determination has not been made, after clearing you may be able to get a determination that would be different than one made before clearing. I am not advising you to go this route, just pointing out that production ag is the only thing affected by the wetland determination as far as I know. | |
