Besides all of the other reasons mentioned by folks, I wouldn't do it because of the high pharmaceutical content that isn't tested for. All those medications that people take, antibiotics, heart meds, steroids, blood pressure meds, hormones, etc. I sure as heck wouldn't use it on anything I planned to feed to my family, my neighbors, or my neighbor's critters.

I don't know if there has been a study on antibiotics on soil health but it would seem logical that the microbial community in healthy soil wouldn't take too kindly to it. You also have everything else that goes down the drain which would include a lot of anti-bacterial dish and hand soaps. Another potential soil killer depending on the demographic usage of where the waste is coming from.

There are a lot of cons and very few pros for this sort of endeavor.
