I took a bunch of pics at the research farm this evening.
Its hard to believe but the 0.4" that fell yesterday was our biggest rain since late June.
The younger soybeans are a variety trial that was planted on July 7th... the sunflowers were planted the next day. Less than 1" of rain since June 25 has certainly helped with weed control in the late planted fields.
The last pic is of a no-till soybean plot... all the notill plots in this experiment are much cleaner than the conventional till plots.
