tennessee | My daughter is going to Middle Tn. State Univ. and today is move in day. I'm curious as to what ya'll think of this situation. She has been assigned a room mate from San Diego, Ca. that is a professed lesbian. We just found this out by looking on the girls facebook page. She also has a filthy mouth and a "gangsta" personna. We immediately called the admissions office to put in a "request to change room mate" and they said they can't do it at this point. They will be taking applications for this on Sept. 12 again. I personally don't care how anyone decides to live thier life, until it affects me or my family. I'm worried to death about this and don't know what to do right now. Am I overreacting to this or not? My daughter is willing to give it a try, but I'm not sure I am. I've got to get packing but I'll check back in later today. Thanks for your opinions. | |
