on what you folks call weeds ( windmill area, old cattle or hog lot overgrown with weeds etc ), these Western cows clean those up and move on out to the fescue gradually.

Otherwise I tell folks to clip the heads on a patch of strait fescue and start em there.

Don't think the endo free stuff will bother the cows at all ( starting em ), but pays to be carefull starting em on fescue that might have endo.

The Western cows not near as pickey as the Native Midwest cows anyway.
Western cows moved to that Midwest green just never seen so much green stuff to eat ( matter of fact have never seen much green at all ).
