about southern equipment, I'm surprised that anyone would want southern cattle. :-)  However, I am glad someone wanted them as I was well satisified when I sold mine. Sure dreading restocking when the time comes. We did get a couple inches of rain about 10 days ago. That was the first since last Sept.
