Hold on. Are you saying that the decay of organic matter/fodder is a chemical reaction and not the doing of microbes? I thought your name is "Soil Life"

I understand that concept of feeding the soil and it will feed the plant.  But you have to consider that some soils need to be inoculated with beneficials because the conditions of the soil are not conducive for them to be there naturally. Eventually you don't have to innoculate any more, when the soil has reached it's optimum potential. Perhaps you are at that stage and thus don't inoculate.
