That 200 ppm P may apply to one soil in one climate some where on this earth, but most likely it is a number some Ph. D. pulled from some dark and hidden orifice and it too root and grew.
Here on this soil you possibly could apply 10 tons/A, 4 times a year, and never have free soluble phosphate in this soil.
Two more tons of litter or not ?
