if you are in a no-till situation i like to use either intro(cheaper) or micro tech, both are alachlor. i was told that intro is not labeled for corn but the exact same as micro tech. it needs to be put on early in my opinion, to get the chemical down in the soil profile with rain. it will also help with the early season grass push. i think it ran me around the $7 mark an acre this year.
