 That is interesting.

 I've also been wanting to do a couple root pits, but never seen to get that done either. Now, I may have to just make the time. I kinda think our rainfall time period, more so than the amount, has something to do with the acids forming so quick. 

 I would be very interested to see the multi-level sample results from your soils when you take them. You typically have one legume every three years or so in your rotation, or....?
