http://www.butlermachinery.com/about/locations_hoople.asp Ask for Dan Hurtt. He makes a pre cut kit that will have everything you need. Get the kit and follow the instructions. It is not difficult, just takes some time. I did our R62 a few years ago and it is without a doubt the greatest improvement you can make to a Gleaner. You get rid of that hump and get a floor that is twice as thick as the original. The other half of his kit is for the floor of the front feeder house. That is not difficult either and is a must to help improve your feeding between the feed chains.
