E.Central MN | I agree with your assessment. To take this case to the cty attorney without taking it to the school board first is rather strange. Seems like it would be a disciplinary action rather than a theft of services. I'd bet you'd get laughed out of the vast majority of cty attorney's offices across the country if you wasted their time with such petty crap. Sounds like a school district where a few people (including the cty attorney) have far too much time on their hands. | |
