SW KS, near Dodge City | And I should've shot some too... Had a poker run on ATV's Monday morn that went from Garden City to Dodge City in the Arkansas River(bed) b/c there's no water in it and hasn't been for as long as I can remember. Probably 200 or so riders, way down from last year b/c of the heat.
Then I got to watch the smoke from my best friend's stubble field that burned from careless fireworks (which all have been banned in the county anyway). | |
