| Yesterday while walking on a farm owned by my Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Great Great Grandfather I found a horseshoe that I'm sure one of them used at one time. For that reason I want to restore it. Right now it is covered in rust, but I think a steel brush and oil will take off the rust. What I don't know is the orginal color of horse shoes in the late 1800s or early 1900s.
Does anyone know? I would like to restore it to its orginal condition if I can. | |
