The Shell Knob Basin (Southwest Missouri)
not everywhere brother... that’s kind of the crappy part............ i know you guys have had it rough!... and i honestly do sympathize! Immensely! but i talked to a friend of mine in west central mo this morning... he said that the corn looks better than ever before around there.... he then went on to joke around and say that he hoped that it kept flooding in places and not raining in others because he wanted to see if he could hit a 250 bushel farm average and sell it for 9 bucks.... needless to say we were less of friends after that convo.....
i just hope that some of the internal reports that most of these speculators use to dictate our profit points will assess the crop in the places besides those just 20 minutes outside of chicago, kansas city, ames, and indianapolis…. From what iv heard the corn looks pretty good on the outskirts of all the Midwestern towns that matter………..
