Prairie of Southern MN | 60x18 Hanson. Bottom row of staves was starting to rot away, and the structure was kind of in the way for our barn/feedlot remodeling project. This crew was something to watch; knocking the silo over was not an option with how close buildings were on all sides. They put up a small crane inside the silo, and working from the top dropped it vertically layer by layer. Took them about two days. Now of course we have a big pile of staves to clean up. Has anyone found these useful for anything? Not really wanting to bury something the size of this pile.
