Grand Rapids, MI | Kiefer...it is very possible that what you state is true in IL, in fact many agricultural states have these sorts of laws to protect the tenant. This may very well not be the case in TN. For example in MI that Oct 31st date doesn't mean anything.
Remember almost all land leases are governed by state law, and those laws vary greatly from state to state. What is true in IL is likely not true in TN. | |
