Just found out that my brother is headed down there. He works for the Forest Service on an fire engine crew here on the OR/CA border. Been a good wet spring here, so nothing going on here but I thought it interesting if they are pulling resources from that far.
I've never understood how the feds think that letting trees burn is better than some responsible logging.
