I had a thought on your implement width issue. Have you ran a long tape from outside row to outside row behind the planter on the ground as planted to see if that is 450"? I have seen planters that measure good in the shop but when you actaully put them in the dirt and pull this measurement changes do to slop in the fold linkage , miss-set draft arms going out to the wings or a worn lock mechanism on the frame or flex between the main frame and wings. Just a thought, because if you have the width at 480 and no lap the numbers just don't add up.
