Critical to your effort is a task controller. I use Sitemate VRA (you might have to upgrade to VRA - $250 I think, and a Dickey John Land Manager (as the task controller) on a LORAL to do vr fert. Sitemate won't do this alone, but it will run quite a few task controllers. The DJ LM is nice, easy to run unit, and probably not too expensive - and will do uniform rate all on its own, just by unplugging the serial port connection. BTW - you'll need two serial ports on the IPAQ - do you have a compact flash slot or a sleeve with CF slot? You'll need the two serial ports to run GPS into Ipaq and control signals out to the task manager. I use a Toughbook laptop - in a docking station in order to get two serial ports. Good luck
