East Central, Nebraska | that is amazing that they can get away with charging $400 to support something they sold you. Trimbles "complete solution" is looking like a "complete scam". maybe a lightbar wouldn't need much support but from what im hearing it doesn't matter if you have a lightbar, or a fmx controlling guidence, drives, clutches and whatever else you can connect to it, the price is the same. I would be way more upset if i called and needed help on something simple than something complex and had to pay that. why cant they just hide that fee in the sale of the product so i feel all warm inside.
also, it would be diffrent if their installation instructions helped at all, but they dont. very generic.
