| This is what my Local Dealer told me about Trimble Pre-paid support. Bear in Mind I am just using an FM-750 for guidance.
I think the guys that are telling you that Trimble is a nightmare to deal with are wrong. I do not think they are any better or worse than any other equipment vendor. Trimble is offering customer support contracts now so you can call them yourself. The cost of this package is $399 and it is good for 1 year and/or 20 cases, whichever comes first.
